Snack Trap House ships worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate per order, from $25 to Canada and Mexico up to $50 for countries that aren't listed below. Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days by tracked air delivery, and you see your rate at checkout before you pay.
Everything ships from Phoenix, Arizona. That covers our imported chips, candy, cookies and sodas. Frozen items stay local.

Shipping inside the US is simpler: a flat $10 to any address outside Arizona, arriving in 5 to 7 business days. Same-day delivery is for the Phoenix metro only, and you can read about it on our snack delivery in Phoenix page.
How to order from outside the US
- Add your snacks to the cart and go to checkout.
- Pick your country. If it isn't on the list, choose Other Country.
- Worldwide Shipping is selected for you once you choose a country outside the US. Your shipping rate shows before you pay.
- Pay at checkout. Your total is converted to your local currency for Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Poland and the euro countries. Customers in Japan, South Korea and everywhere else pay in US dollars.

Customs, duties and taxes
Customs fees, import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, and they depend on your country. Brazil needs a tax ID (CPF) and South Korea needs a customs clearance code (PCCC) at checkout. Food import rules also differ from country to country, so check yours before you order anything like jerky or other meat snacks. If you're unsure whether something can come in, text us first.
What doesn't ship
Frozen items, like our Sonic the Hedgehog ice cream bars, are delivered cold by us inside the Phoenix metro only. We never ship them. Made-to-order merch is printed after you order and ships on its own timeline, which each product page shows.
Tracking and delays
You get an order confirmation by email, and shipped orders include a tracking link. We hand each order to the carrier within 2 business days. If your order runs late, contact us and we'll help track it down.
